Unhappy North Campus commuting blues

What is up with the Riverside lot parking situation? It took me 25 minutes the other day to park. I was late for my first class two days last week. And to add insult, there were a number of cars taking up two spots! Please people, we all have to cram our vehicles in there...at least be careful to only park in one space.

What time do you normally arive on North Campus?? Professors and students complained last semester that they had to arrive well before 9am just to get a parking spot. Doesn't make sense that parking isn't readily available even when we're paying $140 for parking permits.

Yes, before 9 am will usually get you a parking spot. That worked well for me last semester, but this term my classes mostly don't start until 10:30, and I have better things to do with my time than sit around on campus for two hours if I don't need to. I agree, there should be enough parking available in the campus lot for the people that have stickers.
