|  12/05 - Devil's Backbone Screening December 05, 2007 - December 05, 2007 The Department of Cultural Studies presents a screening of El espinazo del Diablo (2001) (Devil’s backbone), directed by Guillermo del Toro. During the last days of the Spanish Civil War, a 12-year-old boy named Carlos arrives at a boarding school where he uncovers dark secrets involving ghosts and hidden riches.
